2.2 Dancer & Teacher Profiles
Dancers and teachers can create profiles on Latin Dance Hub. This includes:
- Name, bio, and professional information
- Profile picture
- Dance styles, skills, and availability
Users retain full control over their profiles and can edit the information at any time. Profile deletion can currently be requested via our request form (see Section 2.3).
2.3 Requests & Communications
We collect limited information when you submit a request via our forms, including:
- Name
- Email address
- Message content
These requests are used to:
- Edit or remove a public listing
- Delete a dancer or teacher profile
- Respond to inquiries regarding data
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to operate Latin Dance Hub and provide a useful service to the community. This includes:

- Allowing dancers and teachers to manage their profiles

- Row-Level Security (RLS) on sensitive tables
- Limited admin access
- Encrypted connections to our databases
We retain personal request data only as long as necessary to fulfill the request and may anonymise it afterward. Public listings remain visible until removed or expired.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to operate the platform, including:
- Hosting services (Supabase)
- Email services (for responding to requests)

We will process your request promptly. We plan to offer an online request form in the future to make submitting requests even easier.

Latin Dance Hub currently does not use tracking cookies or analytics that identify individual users. We may update this policy in the future if analytics are implemented.
